I set up Dorking based Surrey Hills Concierge in 2013 to help my clients find and maintain more of a balance in their lives.

As a busy working mother, this was an issue that mattered to me.

Something I felt passionately about.

And still do.

At home, we can support you

by taking care of everything from carrying out errands to event planning and organising anything from holidays to home maintenance.

In the office, we offer a wide range of administrative services and can work in your office, home or remotely.

Looking after your property, our extensive range of property services covers everything from managing your rental properties to tending to your property and pets whilst you are away. We can research your relocation and coordinate the move.

We can arrange to assist you on an adhoc or on a regular basis, whatever suits you best.

There are no joining fees.

Each client is treated as an individual and we tailor make quotations to meet your requirements.

Our hourly rate is £30 and our property management fees start from 5% per month of the rental value.

We have a select pool of trusted suppliers we call on to undertake any tasks we are not able to do, such as catering for events.

Vivienne is DBS checked and has comprehensive public liability insurance. References are available.

We offer discounted rates for regular clients, available on request

Locations covered: We provide on site work in Surrey and Sussex. We regularly help clients make more time for themselves in Dorking, Guildford, Cranleigh, Godalming and Horsham.
